The artworks shown here are scenes from this beautiful and
inspirational area. They are mixed media with an emphasis on
oil pastel on paper. My impressions are recognizable but not literal.
Included in the surface of some of the artworks are writings, which
express my personal feelings at the time. I am interested in the lakes,
rivers of California and Oregon, and the Pacific Ocean. Water soothes
my soul and I find that collectors, who are interested in my work,
are also drawn to the refreshing scenes of water in nature. Also included
are flower still lifes in oil pastel, ink and oil paint.
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dominican University in San Rafael, California.
I have been a resident and artist in Marin County for forty years. My studio-gallery is
